Checkout Process with KIBO

In-stock items usually ship within 1 business day of ordering. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you. We only process orders Monday through Friday, expect major holidays. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 5 business days of placing your order.
All orders will be shipped with United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders will be picked up by carrier or dropped off at a shipping location during business days, Monday-Friday.
All orders will be shipped to meet the delivery/arrival date chosen. Orders with standard shipping will be delivered in 3-7 business days. Orders with expedited shipping will be delivered on or before the date specified at checkout. Orders shipped with UPS will require a signature by the recipient before delivery, unless specified otherwise.
Where we Ship
We ship within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to international destinations.
P.O. Boxes, AFO/FPO
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address must be provided. Any orders with an AFO shipping address or FPO shipping address will be shipped via USPS.
Returns & Refunds
To return any products, you need to obtain a Return number. To receive a Return number and initiate a return, log into your account using the name and password you created at checkout:
You have 30 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Once you return the merchandise, you can also track your return and refund from your account. Product must be returned in resellable condition in its original packaging to our warehouse facility before refund is processed. Refunds will be applied within 2 weeks of return. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees to return a product. Once return is processed, customer will recieve a refund for the price of goods and any applicable sales tax minus original shipping fees.
Applicable sales tax of 9% will be charged to any order shipped to California (CA). Pick-Up-In-Store orders will be charged local sales tax rates.
KIBO accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. They also accept PayPal, which allows you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. You can use PayPal with confidence because your transactions are protected by PayPal’s sophisticated fraud prevention system.
