Note on your Product Replacement Request:
In order to process your RMA, you must send your globe back to MOVA International and include a proof of purchase. If you have proof of purchase we will inspect your globe for the manufacturer defect. If issue is proven to be manufacturer defect, and within 1 year of purchase, you will receive a free replacement. If issue is proven to be from mishandling (i.e. drop marks, indents on globe, scratch marks), you will be given the opportunity to purchase a replacement globe for a fee.
If you do not have a proof of purchase we will not be able to provide you with a free replacement globe, but you will have the opportunity to purchase a replacement for a fee.
